Our Process

At Warrior Creek Cottage, we want your home buying experience to be a blessing. After reaching out to us, we will do whatever possible to help get you into your new home.

1. The first step is letting us know you’re interested by calling, e-mailing, or completing the contact form. We will talk with you about what we offer and what you are looking for in your new home.
2. After determining the needs of the customer as far as land, septic, water, permits, foundation, HVAC, etc., we get busy making your new home experience a reality.
3. Once your home and site is ready, we will transport the cottage and set your house on the foundation. After a few days of on-site install, you will be ready to move into your new handcrafted cottage!
4. If you desire to have porches built for your home, we can help you with that as well! We have partners who we can put you in contact with who will build any size porch based on a square foot price.
